Holly Holm took total control of the UFC Women&#8217;s Bantamweight Champion fight from the get go by sticking to her game plan of keeping her distance. It almost looked like Holm could do whatever she wanted to Ronda Rousey.<\/p>\n<p>Rousey tried to change momentum by taking down Holm, but Holm defended well and landed a few solid punches and kicks to the obliques on Rousey. With a minute to go in the first round, Rousey landed a hard left hook that dazed Holm. Then Holm changed levels and took Rousey\u00a0down. With approximately 10 seconds left, they traded knees in the clinch and the round ended. Holly Holm won\u00a0round 1, 10-9.<\/p>\n<p>In the second round, Holm continued her domination with a combination of lefts and head kicks.
